In the short 12 weeks I have worked with Matt as my life coach has been an unexpected education about my self and how my mind works. Before I started my coaching sessions, I found I was not mindful about what was happening within my thought processes. The influx of thoughts and feelings make me almost feel consistently conflicted about how I handled daily situations. I was able to make progress in managing my way of looking at situations. From mainly focusing on the negative to working on looking at more of the positive, not just about myself but also how I look at things from day to day. This has not come naturally for me but working with Matt and putting into practice the mental techniques that he has shared in our meetings has caused me to make forward progress with maintaining a positive mental condition. I feel like focusing on the present and what I can do in that time to improve my thoughts and ultimately it has helped my emotional maturity and health. In the end the only way I can really describe it, is that I feel lighter.

I went through the 90 days with Matt and enjoyed every session. Matt is easy to talk to and is invested in each client. My experience with him was amazing and I have had a personal transformation. Having Matt as my health coach had been fun, inspiring and enlighting. I've had coaching in past, however Matt's technique was gentle, engaging and a positive experience. Over the ninety days I found myself integrating a majority of the action steps into my daily life to the point were I would do them naturally. I found new ways of looking at things that had been holding me back from the health goals that I wanted. Now my goals are fun and exciting to achieve.

This whole program was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I actually didn't think that I would be able to achieve any of the goals that I gave myself. Each week brought something new that would help me personally and help me to achieve my end goal. I'm still using some of the things I learned! This program is worth it. I am a different and a better person now than when I started.
