What is a health and life coach?
Health and Life Coaches assist their clients in making better choices to improve their overall well being. We approach health from a somewhat different angle than traditional medicine or fad diets. We focus on healthy habits that lead to lasting results, not just a quick fix. In order to achieve these lasting results we help each client to find what works for them in their own life. We believe strongly that there definitely isn't a "one size fits all" when it comes to health and wellness. We focus on making small steps in a consistent manner that ultimately leads to habit change. And when we change habits, we change lives!
How does it work?
The backbone of our practice is a "90 day Total Transformation System" to help unlock the power within each individual client. As dual certified coaches, we are trained in both Health Coaching and Life Coaching. Our Health Coach training has prepared us to help in many areas including weight loss, assisting with management of chronic illness such as diabetes and hypertension, transitioning to whole food diet, and general health. In addition to health, our training in Life Coaching has prepared us to coach on other areas of life including career, money, love, and that which is greater.
